For sons & daughters — Jill is the system now, so you get to be family again.
You don’t have to be the system.
Right now you are the check-in system, the reminder system, and the calendar. Jill is a system in place that does that daily work: a plain phone call to Mom or Dad — no app, no wearable, no device to learn — and a clear update to you.
Now enrolling founding families in St. Charles County. Founding terms are shared in conversation, not posted — join the interest list below and we’ll be in touch personally.
What Jill does on Day One
- Daily check-in call — quick but caring, about two minutes: how she slept, today’s one item, anything the kids should know, warm sign-off.
- Doctor reminders, twice over — 3+ days ahead and same day, to your parent and to you, so an appointment never sneaks up on anyone.
- The transport bridge — Jill asks how she’ll get there and copies you the same day, while there’s still time to arrange a ride.
- Calendar & check-ups due — appointments tracked, annual check-ups flagged before they lapse.
- Doctor record + fridge sheet — names, numbers, addresses in one printable page for the fridge and first responders.
- Missed check-in escalation — a published ladder: retries, then family in your order, then a local wellness-check request.
Getting started is AI-driven
One guided setup call with Jill — spoken, not typed — plus a review-and-confirm page for the family. Name your assistant (default “Jill”) and choose a feminine, masculine, or neutral persona.
Coming next: Vouchd rides Phase 2 — planned, not live
Recurring rides with a driver your parent already knows — vetted, background-checked, the same person at the door on Monday at 8. Jill books the series from the appointment calendar and passes the driver Mom’s care notes.
Why “Independent Together”
Nobody stays independent alone. Independent is the goal — their home, their routines, their choices. Together is the method: the senior, the family near and far, Jill’s daily call, and trusted local people each doing their part. Independence is not the absence of help — it is help arranged so the person stays in charge. And together also means deciding together, early, when the honest signals say it’s time for more help.
Honest signals — not a promise of “home forever”
Jill’s shared record of check-ins, appointments kept or slipping, and check-ups coming due gives your family something objective to discuss more help — or a transition — early and together, instead of in a crisis. Jill is not an emergency service and never claims to be: she alerts family and can request a local wellness check.
Independent Together Private Founding cohort — by application
For families who want the system and a person: everything Jill does, plus a named family coordinator who is accountable for your parent’s setup and rhythm. Setup happens at your parent’s kitchen table — the fridge sheet filled in together, doctors verified, escalation order agreed — not over a web form.
- A named coordinator — one person who knows your family and answers for the system.
- Appointments handled, not just reminded — booked, confirmed with the office, and followed up.
- A weekly written briefing — how the week actually went, in plain language, to the whole family circle.
- A quarterly honest-signals review — the record, discussed early and together, before a crisis makes the decision for you.
The founding cohort is small on purpose — ten families. If that sounds like your family, choose “Interested in Private” on the form below and we’ll start with a conversation.
Start with the Fridge Sheet — free
One printable sheet with every doctor's name, number, and address, family contacts in order, and a home-safety checklist on the back. It's the page paramedics look for first — and the easiest way to start getting organized, with or without Jill.
