What we collect

• Setup information the family provides: names and phone numbers for the member and family circle, doctors' names/numbers/addresses, appointment and check-up schedules, care notes (for example mobility help, weather or slip-risk notes), and the escalation order.
• Call data: check-in and setup call recordings/transcripts and the summaries Jill produces from them.
• Interest list: if you join the email list or request the fridge-sheet PDF, your email address and the role you chose (adult child, senior, or other).
• Basic technical data: standard server logs for the website.

What we never collect or store: insurance information, bank or card details (Stripe handles payments), and location tracking of the member. We do not track where the member is; Jill's check-in is a phone call, not a sensor.

How we use it

Only to run the service: making calls, sending reminders and summaries to the approved family circle, following the escalation order, and maintaining the calendar and doctor record. Interest-list emails are used only to send the requested resource and occasional launch updates. We do not sell personal information.

Who sees it

The family circle the member approves, at the permissions set at setup; our service providers that process calls, messages, email, and payments under contract; and local services only when the escalation ladder reaches a wellness-check request or the family asks us to share the fridge sheet.

Retention and deletion

Member records are deleted or de-identified within 60 days of cancellation or a verified deletion request. Interest-list emails are deleted within 30 days of an unsubscribe. Anonymized aggregate statistics may be kept.

Your choices

You may review, correct, export, or delete the member's information, change who is in the family circle, or stop call recording, by contacting us. The member's consent controls: if the member asks us to stop calling, we stop.
